PROCEDURE FOR HOSTEL BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Step-by-Step Guidelines

1. Log in to the portal using your Student ID (Levels 200–600). For incoming students, their four digit application id should be used to login.

2. An OTP will be sent to you. This OTP is uniquely generated for your ID number.

3. Enter the OTP successfully to view the available hostels:

Auntie Badu | Sika | Coastal

4. Select your preferred hostel and room number.

5. Proceed to book the room.

Please note: A booked room can only be held for three (3) days. After this period, re-booking is allowed from the fifth (5th) day.

6. Carefully read all instructions displayed before confirming your booking.

7. Download and print the confirmation page together with the bond form.

8. Visit ADB Bank to make payment using your confirmation slip to secure your booked room.

9. After payment, ensure you collect your bank receipt.

10. On the communicated reopening date for each hostel, submit the following for registration and room access:

• Bank receipt

• Confirmation slip

• Signed bond form

• Two (2) passport-size photographs

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Registration for the various hostels will not take place on the same day.
